Welcome

I am a fully trained and qualified therapeutic counsellor, I am registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their code of ethics. I have experience of working with clients on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, anger, relationships and low self-esteem. I offer a non-judgmental, warm and accepting space for you to talk through whatever you would like to bring. I seek to create a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, compassionate and caring while always giving clients autonomy over their own decision making.

I know it can be daunting to start the counselling journey but I also know how great the rewards and benefits can be.
